The main activities:

1. Development of project documentation:

• complete set of works;
• Working out of separate sections of the design documentation (structural calculations for reinforced concrete, concrete, metal structures, sections of electrical solutions, water supply and drainage, preparation of investor’s estimate documentation).

2. Drawing up cost estimate documentation according to defect reports for design and contract organizations.
3. Consulting services in the field of design, document flow, pricing in the construction activities in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.

We design objects of any class of implication (СС1-СС3). We perform works from the initial stage and accompany the project documentation to expert organizations to obtain a positive expert report that, according to Ukrainian law allows you to approve the design documentation, obtain a document on the beginning of construction work and proceed to the production of these works (implementation of construction). During our work performed projects with various stages for different enterprises and organizations. Below you will see examples of our work from large-scale projects to the execution of individual sections or visualizations.

 In 15 years we have completed over 150 projects. Experience and successful implementation of our design solutions enabled us to meet the tender conditions and win tenders held by international funds, local authorities, budget and utility organizations, large private enterprises. 

 Our company employs specialists with more than 20 years of experience. They are specialists in design solutions, architectural and construction design, estimate documentation. There are 3 certified specialists in our team.  We pass the qualification requirements for the design of “Great Construction” with the support of the Office of the President of Ukraine, the design of buildings and structures, construction of which is supported by international funds, the experience of our company allows us to participate in the tenders held by the budget organizations. When designing we take into account norms oriented to Eurointegration of Ukraine (energy saving norms, the requirements of groups of people with limited mobility, the use of environmental materials, new technologies, the supply of modern equipment).

When designing for international funds, special attention is paid to energy saving and environmental protection, new technologies are used, alternative energy sources are used, technical re-equipment of heating and hot water supply systems is performed, this serves to save money and energy resources, which in turn serves to protect the environment.
